Every Holy Cross College baccalaureate graduate shares a specific set of course work, experiences, and skills, above and beyond their major, which develops their mind, body, and spirit. This Core makes our graduates more valuable to future employers, their local community, and the world at large.

General Skills Courses:
IDST 101 or 102 (Introduction to Liberal Arts)
Math (Any Math Above 101)
ENGL 101 (Composition I)
Lab Science (Any Natural Lab Science)
IDST 275 (Global Perspectives)
COMM 101 (Public Speaking)

Arts/Humanities/Science Courses:
PHIL (Any Philosophy)
Two Humanities Electives (Options include: Art, Communications, English, Foreign Language, Music, and Theater)
Two Social Sciences (Options include: Anthropology, Business/Economics, History, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology)
Two Theology Courses (THEO 140 Introduction to Theology and Theology course above THEO 140)
One Math or Science (Choose any Math above 101 or any Natural Science)
