Alumni Awards

Do you know a Holy Cross alumnus who is a rising star, a business sensation, a distinguished academician, or has dedicated themselves to service?

The Alumni Association will be honoring deserving alumni who have made significant contributions to the College or in his or her field. Please take a few minutes to nominate a deserving alumnus. Submit her name, class year, and a letter stating why you think she should receive an award. Supporting documents such as articles, letters from other classmates, or even from his or her colleagues is also beneficial. Nominations must be received by May 15, 2015. To nominate someone, simply click here to complete a form.

Preference will be given to those award nominees in their reunion year.

Distinguished Alumni Award – The nominee should exemplify the standards, ideals, and mission of Holy Cross College in his or her vocation and be of outstanding service to the College through ongoing work for the Alumni Association, either with a local club or with the association direction.  That service should also be demonstrated through yearly benefaction and other consistently devoted support and friendship to the College.

Br. Chris Dreyer Outstanding Service Award – The nominee should be outstanding in his or her personal and volunteer accomplishments and recognized for her concern for the interests and welfare of his or her fellow human beings.  He or she should exemplify the qualities of personal dedication, compassion, selflessness, and sacrifice through social action, education, and reform within the community, church, or world.

Young Alumni Award – The nominee should exhibit leadership in his or her personal, professional, or volunteer accomplishments and also in his or her involvement with Holy Cross College.  Alumni from the classes of 2000-2015 are eligible for the award.

Thank you for taking the time to nominate one of your fellow alumni.
