Online Application for Admission
and Inquiry Forms
We offer these Web-based forms with the hope that it will make our inquiry and application process as easy and convenient as possible for you. You can request a paper application and literature or apply now and not worry about waiting for an application packet to arrive in the mail. If, however, you would like to print our application forms using Adobe Acrobat Reader and mail or fax it in, click here.

Some facts about inquiring or applying online
- FAST! We receive it in seconds.
- SECURE! The information contained in your online inquiry form or application is secure. No unauthorized people can see your application.
- EQUAL CONSIDERATION! Online applications receive exactly the same consideration and attention as applications submitted on paper.
- IT’S FREE! The customary $50.00 application fee is waived for those who apply for admission online.
Instructions for requesting information
- Simply use the Inquiry Card Form when you arrive at the log in page.
- When you are ready to submit your request for information, be sure to click on “Finished”.
Instructions for applying for admission
- If you do not complete your application in one sitting and need to return to your application at a later time, be sure to write down your 9-digit-PIN number (located at the top of the second page of the form). As soon as you move to page two of the application form, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement e-mail which will also contain your 9-digit-PIN-number.
- If you misplace your PIN number, please call or e-mail the Admissions Office and we will e-mail it to you. Please do not submit multiple forms.
- If you do not wish to upload your application essay, but you are otherwise ready to submit it, you can send the essay later in an e-mail attachment to admissions@hcc-nd.edu or fax it to 574-239-8323. Be sure to include your full name.
- Please provide as much information as possible.
- There are three different online application forms available:
- If you are applying as a regular first-time freshman or transfer applicant, be sure to use the Fall – Spring Application Form.
- If you are applying as a Guest Student for Summer Session I or II, be sure to use the Summer Application Form. Determine the summer courses you intend to take from our web site before filling out the application form. You will be asked to enter the course number, title, and beginning date of each course when you fill out the application A drop-down menu allows you to indicate the courses you wish to take.
- On the last page and when you are ready to submit, be sure to click on “Finished”. This will prompt the Admissions Office to download your application and start a student record for you.
