Online Loan Application
Below you will find links to electronic lender lists for Stafford, PLUS, and Alternative loans. This is not an exhaustive but only a suggestive list. Holy Cross College works with any lender the family and/or student wishes to use. To apply for the loans, you may choose to apply online where available. If the lender does not have a link to apply online, please click the link to the related loan request form, print the form, complete the form, keep a copy for your records, and return the completed form to the Business Office via mail (Holy Cross College, P.O. Box 308, Notre Dame, IN 46556) or fax to 574-239-8323. If you apply online, make sure you have completed a Promissory Note whether by signing an electronic copy online, or a paper copy the lender sent to you and be sure to return it to the lender promptly in order for the funds to be paid to your account.

Loan Request Forms
To request a loan by paper, print the needed form below, and return the completed form to the Financial Aid Office. Please make sure to keep a copy for your records. You can return the forms by mail to the attention of the Financial Aid Office, Holy Cross College, PO Box 308, Notre Dame, IN 46556-0308, or by fax to 574-239-8323.
Perkins Loanholders
Please download and print the Federal Perkins Promissory Note only if you are awarded this loan. For confirmation on the award please refer to your Financial Award letter. The completion of this perkins promissory note will confirm that you are both requesting, accepting the loan and signing the master promissory note for it. Upon completion of the promissory note, please mail the original (keep a copy for yourself) back to the attention of the Accounting Department, Holy Cross College, PO Box 308, Notre Dame, IN 46556-0308.

Work Study Forms
These forms are available to students interested in on-campus employment. Please note that students awarded Work Study on their award letter will be given priority consideration for most on-campus positions.
