Holy Cross College Adds Two New Staff Members
Holy Cross College has recently hired two new employees, Kristine Sorenson and Christine Hubbard. Sorenson has been hired to be the new data entry manager and Hubbard joined Holy Cross College as the computer lab manager.
Kristine Sorenson attended Indiana University South Bend and earned her degree in secondary education and history. Before coming to work for the College, Sorenson worked at Madison Center, a not-for-profit organization that provides a full range of behavioral healthcare services. At Madison Center she taught children ages two to eighteen. “I loved my work at Madison Center, but I was ready for a new challenge. At Holy Cross, my job is to be the ‘super-user’ of the Empower data management system.” The Empower system is a program used at the College to track past, present and future students.
Christine Hubbard graduated from Bethel College with her degree in computer information systems. She then worked at Bethel in the Information Technology department. “I enjoy helping college students with computer problems and Holy Cross College presented a great opportunity to advance my career.”
Sorenson began working at the College on Monday, November 19th and Hubbard began the next week. Both are very happy to have become part of the growing Holy Cross community!
