Mr. Cochran has been at Holy Cross College since 1996, having served as a Professor of math and geology, Director of Residence Life, and currently Dean of Students. A retired Naval Officer, Mr. Cochran is married and has four children.
Since 2003, Mr. Cochran has been teaching Geology of the American Southwest, which includes leading students on a 10 day Spring Break field trip hiking and studying in the beautiful National Parks of Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. The above photo was taken on the 2009 trip at Zion National Park.
