We are excited to host Homecoming Weekend at Holy Cross College for our alumni. We are thrilled for you to return to campus September 8-9, 2017 to participate in events both at Holy Cross and in the Michiana community. These events provide opportunities to spend time with your friends, other alumni, current students, as well as faculty and staff.
Schedule and Registration
On Friday you can go back to class or tour campus with current Holy Cross students, grab a cup of coffee at the new Ave Brew Café (proudly serving Starbucks), and attend cooking demonstration from our new college chef. Additionally, Brother James Leik, C.S.C. will share his unique perspective of the college’s 50 year history. Br. James has seen the college transform during his 50+ years on campus to the institution we proudly call our home today.
Friday evening, you are invited to a special Alumni Mass in the Saint Joseph Chapel followed by dinner in the Pfeil Center hosted by our administration, Dr. Justin Watson, Dr. Michael Griffin, and our newly appointed President Father David Tyson, C.S.C. The evening will conclude with an alumni gathering on the second floor of the Vincent Atrium, where you can continue sharing stories and spending time with old and new friends.
On Saturday, plan to attend the annual Welcome Home Picnic in celebration of the college’s founding. This family friendly event will serve up food, fellowship, and family fun that includes a bounce house, face painting, karaoke, and a petting zoo! Alumni and friends of all ages will also have a chance to enjoy the first ever Homecoming Parade. All these events will precede the Notre Dame versus Georgia home football game (kickoff scheduled for 7:30 pm).
We look forward to welcoming you back to campus next month! If you have any questions about the weekend, please contact:
