Holy Cross College provides all students, faculty, and staff with an Office 365 for Education account. Office 365 is a cloud-based software package from Microsoft that contains a number of productivity and communication tools.
Login to Office 365 at http://webmail.hcc-nd.edu using your HC credentials. Click here for information about your IT accounts at Holy Cross. Once logged in, use the button in the far upper-left corner to navigate between the different Office 365 offerings, as seen in the image to the right.

Webmail and Calendar
Email is the main tool in the Office 365 suite and is the preferred communication method on campus. You’ll be presented with your email inbox immediately upon logging in. OneDrive for Business
OneDrive for Business provides a huge 1TB of online storage for your files. Share your documents with others and edit them collaboratively. Sync your documents between your desktop and your OneDrive account. Click here for details on how to get started.
Office Online is cloud-based basic versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote that work right in your internet browser. Nothing needs to be installed, so you can view and edit documents from anywhere that you have an internet connection. Click here for more information.
Office on your personal devices
You can now download and use the full Office suite of products on up to five of your personal Windows or Mac computers. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, and Publisher. The installation will remain valid for as long as you are a student or are employed at Holy Cross College. Click here for installation information. Forms allow you to easily craft a basic online form for respondents to fill out, similar to a low-feature SurveyMonkey or other similar tool. The form is then distributed via a link. Results are aggregated and can be exported easily to Excel.
Upload videos and create your own channels, similar to YouTube.
