Please complete the three steps below to register for a course. If you prefer to not send in your registration electronically, you may mail or fax your registration using the information in the right sidebar. If you have any questions, please contact Pat Adams.

There are four ways to pay your course registration fee. Please select one of the options below.

To pay with your credit card through the internet, please follow this link. You will be taken to a secure website to enter your credit card information. Attention: After entering your credit card information you still need to complete this form to register!

You can pay with a credit card over the telephone by contacting Pat Adams at (574) 239-8364.

You can send your payment by mail with a check or money order to:

Visit our campus and make your payment to Pat Adams in her Vincent 110b office (call for directions). Walk-in payments MUST be made at least 1 week prior to classes beginning.
