Personnel Manager
Job Description
- Welcome, greet and provide assistance to facility users.
- Responsible for Scheduling and training of Supervisors and Employees.
- Responsible for managing facility scheduling, renting, and use for athletics and student activities.
- Monitor entry into the Pfeil Recreation Center Facility.
- Trained as a first responder.
- Responsible for Intramural and fitness class promotion and registration.
- Use the cash register when selling concessions, memberships and other equipment.
- Assist with event set-up, advertising, ticket sales and event take down when appropriate to schedule.
- Roam facility areas for safe use of equipment and safety of participants.
- Maintain and inventory equipment of front desk checkout items (towels/balls).
- Assist with academic class and activity set up when scheduled.
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Women's Soccer Coach
Holy Cross College is seeking applications for a part-time position of Head Women's Soccer Coach. The initial task would be converting the women’s club team to varsity competition for the 2009-2010 academic year. Additional responsibilities include the organization and leadership, both administrative and technical, of all women’s soccer team matters, including, but not limited to:
- Instructing/coaching athletes
- Conducting practices
- Scheduling games
- Arranging team transportation
- Managing a team budget
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of uniforms and equipment
- Promoting the Saint’s soccer program
- Recruiting athletes
- Recording and publishing team results
- Developing the leadership of assistant coaches, and captains
- Serving as an example of faith based leadership while demanding appropriate conduct at all times from athletes.
Requirements include knowledge of and adherence to NAIA rules and regulations; a Bachelor's degree; demonstrated successful coaching experience in women’s soccer.

Education Faculty
Holy Cross College, a Catholic co-educational liberal arts college in the tradition of the Brothers and Congregation of Holy Cross, announces an opening for two full-time faculty positions in education.
The positions are responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in elementary education and supervision of teacher candidates in the field. One positions holds an additional requirement of program and student record keeping. Graduate degree required, Ph.D. in education preferred. Qualified applicants must have experience in an elementary school setting, preferably in a multicultural setting, and experience teaching at the college level.
