Holy Cross User Name & Password
Every HCC Student is assigned a user name and password to access various IT resources, including:
- Network Access
- Student E-mail
- Student Portal
- Focus Career Planning System
USERNAME:
Your 'User Name' defaults to: [the first letter of your first name] + [your last name]
The user name is case insensitive.
PASSWORD:
Your password is the last 5-digits of your assigned Student ID.
Your Student ID is not printed on your Student ID Card; the number on the back of your ID Card is your Library Bar Code. Your Student ID is available from your Academic Advisor or by contacting Campus Technology Help Desk (V-246).
Your Student ID number is not your Social Security number. To combat against identity theft, we have assigned every student a random 9-digit number.
Your Student ID is a 9 digit number which begins with 8000#####.... the last 5 digits represent your initial password.
