Meet Dr. Tia

Dr. Asalwe Edwige Lydie Tia is an Applied Economist with a keen interest in integrating Economics with broader questions of human flourishing and social justice within Catholic higher education. Her research focuses on Agriculture, Land use, and Economic Policy, with projects spanning Canada, Pakistan, and West Africa. She holds a Ph.D in Food, Agriculture, and Resource Economics.
