Visit Campus

Once you experience campus, you'll understand

Picture of the campus sealHoly Cross students describe the moment they knew our welcoming campus was where they would earn their degree. For many, it was the sense of belonging they felt during their campus visit.

To help with your decision to visit the campus, you would become eligible for a one-time $500 textbook voucher to use as a Holy Cross student in the bookstore after making an official in-person visit in the year leading up to your enrollment. More information is available at our Scholarships and Grants page.

We offer several campus visit options (both in-person and virtual) that let you experience Holy Cross to the fullest:

If you are a prospective student, an information session with an admission counselor is the best way for you to learn about the Holy Cross College experience, the application process, and the financial aid resources available to you. These sessions are offered most weekdays at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and are followed immediately by a student-led campus tour. If you would like to meet a specific professor or are interested in meeting with representatives from athletics, campus ministry, career development, global perspectives, Notre Dame Marching Band, or ROTC, please let us know before you arrive so that we can do our best to accommodate your request. You can indicate a special meeting request on your visit registration form or by calling us at 574-239-8400. If you are unable to visit campus in person, view our campus tour video to experience our campus virtually.

Information sessions and campus tours are also offered on select Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. and on Notre Dame home football game Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. Those who participate in a campus tour on the Friday prior to a Notre Dame home football game or on Saturday morning will receive a complimentary parking pass (valued at $30) for game day parking at Holy Cross College.

For the safety of our students and visitors, the following protocols will be in place for campus visits:

  • Registration will be limited to allow for proper social distancing
  • Face coverings are encouraged for those who are not vaccinated when indoors and when physical distancing is not possible
  • Classroom observation, overnight stays, and dining hall visits are currently not available

Join us at Holy Cross College for our Fall/Spring Preview Events including a student-led campus tour, a student panel, a faculty panel, an admissions overview, and much more!

Holy Cross Live is a series of online events introducing you to the academic, social, and faith life at Holy Cross College. Events will be interactive, with the opportunity for viewers to submit questions in real-time from the comfort of home.
