Holy Cross College will host its 1st Annual Wellness Fair on Friday, Feb. 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Pfeil Center, inviting students, faculty and staff to focus on physical, mental and spiritual well-being through a day of free screenings, interactive activities and giveaways.

The fair will bring together campus partners, local health professionals and student organizations for an engaging afternoon centered on whole-person health.

Participants can take advantage of free wellness screenings through Beacon Health System, including height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and blood panel testing, along with hearing and vision checks. Additional services will include mental health screenings, massage sessions and health checks through the HCC Clinic.

Students can also enjoy hands-on experiences like the Smoothie Bike, where they can pedal to make their own drink, plus short intro sessions in Tai Chi, Zumba and Pilates.

Healthy snacks, mocktails and one-pot meal samples will be available throughout the event. Students who visit activities and displays can collect raffle tickets for chances to win prizes such as a Garmin sports watch, wellness-themed baskets and more. The first 50 students will receive free Wellness Fair T-shirts.

Organizers hope the Wellness Fair becomes a new campus tradition promoting balance, community and holistic wellness at Holy Cross College.
