Pathways

Thanks to collaboration in the Tri-Campus and beyond, Holy Cross students can earn preferential admission into any of 25 graduate and professional school programs

As a Holy Cross student earning a Bachelor’s degree you could also earn the assurance of a clear Pathway to career success upon graduation: a Pathway to preferred admission into post-graduate studies that will launch you to a career. Pathways guide your journey to a career in fields such as:

  • management or nonprofit administration
  • data science or business analytics
  • accounting
  • finance
  • clinical mental health, marriage and family, or school counseling
  • nursing
  • osteopathic medicine
  • physical or occupational therapy
  • optometry, pharmacy, or audiology
  • social work or speech language pathology

Pathway seats for each cohort are filled on a rolling basis throughout the undergrad experience, but you can indicate your interest in a Pathway as early as your first-year application!

In some cases, Pathways can be completed in only 4 years total as an Accelerated Bachelor’s and Master’s degree 3+1 program. This is especially popular for the 1 year MS programs offered by the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.

The academic and experiential benchmarks that must be met for a student to be eligible for participation in a Pathway vary by program. Participating students are either admitted or preferentially selected for an admission interview by the institution of their choice; this varies by program. All seats are ultimately confirmed by the Provost of Holy Cross College.
