Professor Jackson became the Academic Director of the Communications Program in 2025. With more than 20 years of experience teaching college-level courses at multiple colleges and universities, she brings a wealth of practical and academic experience to the classroom.

Before coming to Holy Cross, Professor Jackson was a business owner of two manufacturing companies and previously served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a national testing laboratory.

She has authored two articles published in an environmental regulation and permitting journal.
