Excitement is building at Holy Cross College as students and families prepare for Welcome Weekend 2025 on Aug. 22.
With a full schedule of events designed to foster connection, provide essential information, and celebrate the beginning of a new academic journey, the campus is ready to greet its newest Saints.
Friday begins with residence check-in from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. across various campus locations. Families will be welcomed by staff and volunteers, while students settle into their new homes.
A Mass at St. Joseph Chapel at 10:30 a.m. offers a moment of reflection and a view of the importance of faith in campus life, followed by a picnic lunch available at 11 a.m.
The evening will include the unforgettable Matriculation Ceremony at the Millennium Arch at Hardesty Plaza at 7 p.m. The ceremony will be the formal welcome of students into the Holy Cross community.
