It has come to our attention that mailings sent out inviting you to our upcoming Donor Recognition Day on May 4th were never delivered, thus we are cancelling the event on May 4, 2024. This was due to unfortunate shipping issues through the U.S. Postal Service. Please be assured that we are taking immediate steps to rectify this situation, and our Office of College Relations is diligently working to identify and address the issue so that all donors receive their future invitations promptly. Additionally, we are implementing measures to prevent such errors from occurring in the future.
Donor Recognition Day is an event that is extremely important to us here at Holy Cross – as the gratitude we have for your partnership and devotion to the College cannot be measured. Looking ahead to the Fall, we are mindful of two special moments at both Holy Cross College and within the Congregation of Holy Cross that will share the same date. On September 15th, 2024 – the Congregation of Holy Cross around the world, and its apostolates, will celebrate the patronal feast of Our Lady of Sorrows. Moreover, Holy Cross College will bless a new outdoor Devotional Shrine of Our Lady of Holy Cross as a sacred space that will provide hope and healing to all who visit us. We invite all our donors to join us on Sunday, September 15th for the dedication of the Devotional Shrine of Our Lady of Holy Cross. This will be a day of celebration, prayer, and appreciation for you and your loved ones.
